Bursary Overview

The Valterra Platinum Community Bursary Programme 2026 is aimed at supporting financially disadvantaged students from Valterra Platinum host communities. The bursary is designed for students who are pursuing their first undergraduate qualification and may not be able to fund their studies on their own.

A key benefit of this bursary is that it supports any undergraduate course, provided the qualification is registered at NQF Level 6 or 7.

What the Bursary Covers

The bursary provides financial support for major study-related costs, including:

  • Tuition fees
  • Accommodation
  • Allowance

The bursary is needs-based, meaning the final amount awarded depends on the student’s financial circumstances and approval by the Trustees.
