Transnet Port Terminals (TPT) is offering unemployed youth the chance to join their Sector Specific Trainee Programme. This 12-month structured training opportunity is designed to build a pipeline of future talent for key roles within the organisation.

What You’ll Do
As part of the programme, trainees will:
- Follow a structured training plan.
- Undergo regular performance reviews and assessments.
- Carry out assigned tasks linked to their development plan and operational needs.
Who Should Apply?
- Minimum Requirement: Grade 12 / Matric
- Added Advantage: N6 qualification in Logistics/Transport (TVET)
- Must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Packages).
- Motivated, detail-oriented, and service-driven.
Preference will be given to candidates living in the King Cetshwayo District.
