This structured, hands-on programme is designed to bridge the gap between your academic studies and a professional career in banking.
What You’ll Learn:
This 12-month learnership will immerse you in Private and Personal Banking, where you’ll develop essential skills in:
- Relationship and transactional banking
- Sales and client service strategies
- Financial product knowledge and compliance
- Client relationship management
- Portfolio analysis and customer engagement
- Time and workload management
- Professional email and telephone communication
Participants will also complete a nationally recognized Occupational Qualification, making you FAIS accredited, an essential credential in the financial sector.
Minimum Requirements:
- A completed undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
- South African citizenship
- No more than two years of full-time work experience
- Not currently enrolled in another internship or academic programme
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
