About the Learnership

SMO Holdings Training School is inviting applications for the Security Officer Learnership 2025. This programme will give 100 unemployed South Africans the chance to gain a recognised Grade C PSIRA security qualification, along with valuable practical work experience.

Learners will receive a stipend during the programme and be trained for real opportunities in the security industry.

Who Can Apply?

To qualify for this learnership, applicants must:

• Have a Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent.
• Hold a valid Grade C PSIRA certificate.
• Be between the ages of 18 and 30 years.
• Be a South African citizen.
• Have no criminal record.
• Live in one of the following areas:
  Fourways, Diepsloot, Rosebank, Jet Park, Blackheath (JHB), Selby, Magaliessig (JHB), Witbank, Pretoria, Bezuidenhout Valley, Alexandra, Strijdompark.
