Senior Digital Marketing Operations Specialist (Remote)

Pay: R300 – R350 per hour
Type: Full-time (±35 hours per week)
Location: Remote (work from anywhere in South Africa)

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Operations Specialist to help keep our marketing teams on track, aligned, and delivering results. This role focuses on project management, cross-team coordination, and ensuring that digital marketing activities run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Support

  • Keep teams aligned with company priorities and deadlines.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to track progress.
  • Support leadership with insights for better decision-making.

2. Digital Marketing Oversight

  • Monitor campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok to ensure they meet objectives.
  • Work with PPC and SEO teams to align their activities with organisational goals.
  • Identify and address inefficiencies in campaign execution.

3. Project Management

  • Manage timelines and deliverables using Asana or similar tools.
  • Develop workflows to improve project execution.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to meet deadlines.

4. Team Coordination

  • Hold regular check-ins with teams to maintain alignment.
  • Assist in developing performance evaluation frameworks.
  • Promote accountability and collaboration across teams.

5. Operational Efficiency

  • Recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training on tools and workflows.
  • Standardise processes for tracking and reporting activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management (digital marketing environment preferred).
  • Skilled in project management tools such as Asana.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
