What the Learnership Offers

What You’ll Be Doing
- Attend training sessions and gain practical skills
- Learn about Sanlam’s products, services, and systems
- Complete assessments and meet academic requirements
- Keep track of your progress through logbooks and assignments
- Take responsibility for tasks assigned by your manager
Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen
- Between 18 and 35 years old
- Not currently employed
- No tertiary qualification
- Grade 12 with at least 50% in English and Maths, Maths Literacy, or Accounting
- Strong communication skills in English
- Able to commit to the full 12-month programme
- Clear credit and criminal record
- Reliable access to transport
