Pick n Pay Learnership 2025/2026 – Visual Merchandising & Retail Training for SA Youth

If you’re young, unemployed, and have a passion for fashion, retail, or creative work, this could be your break. Pick n Pay is offering a 12-month learnership focused on Wholesale and Retail Operations, with a special focus on Visual Merchandising.

Do you qualify?
To apply for the Pick n Pay Learnership 2025/2026, you must:
- Be a South African citizen between 18 and 35 years old
- Have a Grade 12 certificate (with English and Maths/Maths Literacy at NQF Level 2)
- Currently unemployed and not studying
- Be committed to the full 12-month programme
- Be able to attend both classroom and in-store training sessions
