Pick n Pay Clothing is looking for young, passionate individuals to join their Wholesale & Retail Operations Learnership (NQF Level 3). Who Can Apply

To qualify, you must:

  • Be a South African citizen, aged 18–35 years
  • Have Grade 12 / Matric (with communication and maths literacy at NQF Level 2)
  • Be currently unemployed and not studying
  • Be eager to gain practical experience and complete the full 12-month programme
  • Be willing to attend both classroom training and in-store sessions
  • Have good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • Be passionate about fashion, style, and retail
  • No experience needed – just bring your creativity and commitment!
