Northern Coal (Pty) Ltd, located about 13km south of Carolina in Mpumalanga, is offering an exciting opportunity for its workforce through the Non-Artisan Learnership Programme for 2025/2026.

One of the main training areas includes the Underground Coal Blasting Ticket, a vital qualification in the mining industry.

Minimum Entry Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Hold a Grade 12/Matric certificate or equivalent qualification (higher qualifications are a plus)
- Submit a current CV and certified copies of qualifications.
- Have a clean disciplinary record.
- Be willing to complete all required assessments during the selection process.
Health and Safety Requirements
In compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA), successful candidates must hold a valid certificate of fitness or be able to obtain one before starting the learnership. This ensures participants are medically fit for work in mining environments.
