What You’ll Be Doing
You could be placed in Call Centre Services, where your daily duties may include:
- Assisting medical aid clients with claims and queries
- Processing new business applications
- Handling health benefit administration
- Delivering excellent client service and support
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 with:
- Maths: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
- English: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
- Maths Literacy: Minimum Level 5 (60%)
- A 2nd language: Minimum Level 4 (50%)
- An incomplete tertiary qualification is an advantage
- No previous learnership completed
- Not currently studying or working full-time
- Age between 18 and 25 years
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel & Outlook)
