About the Opportunity
Hollard is offering a 12-month Unemployed Learnership Programme designed to help South African youth kickstart their careers in the insurance industry.
This programme combines practical training, theory, and mentorship to help you gain real experience while earning a nationally recognised NQF Level 4 Insurance Qualification.

Who Can Apply
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen, aged 18–25
- Have completed Matric / Grade 12
- Have passed English (60%) and Maths (50%) or Maths Literacy (60%)
- Be currently unemployed
- Not studying or registered for another learnership
- Not have participated in any insurance learnership before
- Have basic computer literacy (advantageous)
