A company in Klerksdorp is seeking a General Worker to support day-to-day operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and warehouse duties. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a minimum of Grade 10 education and a willingness to learn.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 10 (Grade 12 will be an advantage)
- Ability to perform cleaning of offices, work areas, and equipment
- Physically fit to assist with loading, unloading, and moving heavy items
- Able to maintain cleanliness and order in work/storage areas
- Willing to support daily operations as instructed by supervisors
- Able to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and general maintenance duties
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment
- Operate basic tools and equipment safely
- Support skilled workers and supervisors with daily tasks
- Follow workplace safety rules and report hazards immediately
- Keep work areas neat, clean, and organised
- Handle deliveries, packing, and storage duties
- Perform ad hoc tasks when required by management
