Responsibilities
As a learner at FNB, you will:
- Complete the requirements of the registered qualification.
- Receive additional workplace training.
- Assist with research, administration, and project tasks that add value to the business.
- Identify risks that may increase costs and escalate where necessary.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints while following FNB service standards.
- Collect customer feedback to improve service delivery.
- Ensure product knowledge and advice given to customers is accurate.
- Follow company policies, maintain reports, and adhere to quality standards.
- Work with your team to achieve shared goals, respecting diversity and inclusivity.
- Continuously focus on personal development by identifying gaps and creating a growth plan.
- Contribute ideas for improving processes and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for this learnership, you must have:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- No prior work experience needed
- Be a South African citizen
- Aged 18 – 35 years old
- Currently unemployed
