About the Role

Fidelity Services Group is looking for a Receptionist to join their team in Midrand. The successful candidate will handle the day-to-day administrative duties of the office and provide support to the Branch Manager and team.

This position is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, and ready to take initiative in a fast-paced work environment.


Key Responsibilities

Your main duties will include:

  • Managing filing systems and maintaining proper document control
  • Providing administrative support to the Branch Manager and staff
  • Handling general office queries and assisting with daily tasks
  • Answering incoming calls and taking accurate messages
  • Loading leave, overtime, and payroll documents on e-services
  • Issuing and tracking purchase orders

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this role, you must have:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • A clear criminal record
