Programme Overview
Eskom is offering a two-year Engineer in Training Internship for Electrical Engineering graduates with an interest in Project Management. Successful candidates will be placed within the Construction Services Business Unit (Substations Department) and gain hands-on exposure at various operational sites.
The programme is designed to support structured learning, practical workplace experience, and professional development while receiving a monthly stipend in line with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
Interns will be expected to:
- Perform duties in line with the approved training programme
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Comply with workplace safety standards at all times
- Adhere to Section 14 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993)
- Support project-related activities within substations and construction services
