This is a vital role that ensures all firearm processes, compliance, and audits are carried out with accuracy and integrity. About the Role
As the Firearm Control Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of firearm control within the company. You will oversee compliance in line with the Firearms Control Act and Private Security Industry standards. The role includes traveling to our different sites to perform biweekly firearm audits and ensuring all records and systems are always accurate and up to date.
Requirements
To qualify, you must:
- Have solid knowledge and practical understanding of the Firearms Control Act
- Be familiar with compliance requirements in the Private Security Industry
- Be willing to travel to multiple sites for audits every two weeks
- Be able to work with precision and attention to detail
- Be available to start immediately
